Meet the team

Each creation expresses a recognizable personality, a breath of refined elegance that brings together aesthetics and functionality.

Discovering our stories means discovering our inspirations, passions, our identity: what makes every Effearredi creation unique and inimitable.

Fabio Giovanni Allievi

Chairman & general managerSince 1994

I am a dreamer who continues to set unachievable goals for himself, but one that never stops trying... until the day I leave on my motorcycle with no destination.

I love surrounding myself with people who are more capable and intelligent than I am, who are able to look beyond and find concrete solutions for the most varied demands.

The most interesting and stimulating inspiration is that every day we start all over again.... What’s more, the daily challenge is to see our customers' eyes shine when they see the results.

Andrea Freti

Partner & assembling managerSince 1994

I love the mountains, the woods, nature... touching the bark, hearing the breathing of wood... I become one with the place where it is born so I can carefully imagine where it will end up…

Attention to detail, along with the willingness to help others are what makes my work a unique and different experience every day.

My greatest satisfaction is conveying the passion I put into each project to customers. This is not a personal talent but the common result of a great and strong team.

Stefano Freti

Partner & quality managerSince 1994

One of my greatest passions is the one I have for vintage motor vehicles. The mechanics, the lines, the allure of a timeless vehicle...

The difference between a creative person and a creator is in the details. Choosing raw materials, attention to finishes, the study of details, the desire to make creations that surpass the ones before.

To create unique furnishings, you need to constantly develop production techniques and the materials you use, but also your teamwork. The team is like a family. To grow you have to know how to listen, believe in others, nurture skills, make sacrifices and enjoy the satisfactions the work gives you.

Francesco Zerbini

Partner & product managerSince 1994

Being a carpenter is the best job there is.

I've been doing this job for years. But opening the workshop every morning with a smile on your face is something you cannot teach. Conveying enthusiasm, energy and motivation to the guys I work with is something I do on a daily basis. I think I mother them a bit.

We are close-knit for sure but we are also unique, like our creations. You can see it in our customers’ eyes and their satisfied faces when the true character of their spaces is brought out in a customized and exclusive way.

Diego Bonanomi

Logistic & export managerSince 2017

The edgy riff of an electric guitar, the melancholy of a blues piece... these are the things I simply cannot resist.

I love music, but technology has always been my passion. Born and raised with a keyboard in my hands, I was already piecing together my PCs at the age of thirteen. Assembling, composing, managing and organizing is who I am and what I do.

Translating a complex and extensive field such as logistics into simple and often imperceptible results is something extremely difficult and wonderful. And then there is the pride of boosting the value of those who work with expertise and passion in a market increasingly overpopulated with low-quality items.

Katrin Polini

Administrative managerSince 2000

Beauty, in all its forms, is a fundamental source of nourishment for me. A strength that every day leads me to improve the quality of life.

I am always looking for new experiences: I swim, I do water aerobics, belly dancing, yoga, Nordic-walking... In recent years I have rediscovered the pleasure of getting back in touch with the scents and sounds of nature, losing myself in long walks in green areas far away from traffic. My lifelong dream? To do paintings.

The greatest satisfaction in my job is when I get to the end of a project and see it accomplished to perfection. Knowing how much study, commitment and effort everyone, and I mean everyone, has put into it... sometimes it moves me.

Nicola Zecchi

Sales managerSince 2018

Perseverance is like a diesel engine warming up slowly.

When I was a boy walking in the city, for fun I would try to avoid stepping on the cracks in the sidewalk. Back then I had no idea that years later I would join Effearredi, where every creation comes into being with tiny steps, by attentive observation and the carefree spirit that only creative people have.

You will find passion in our every furnishing element, in every detail: our curiosity to discover new things, our love for nature, the desire to experiment with new ideas, new perceptions. It's a lot of work, of course, but at the end of each project we enjoy the satisfaction of having created something beautiful.

Paola Costa

Purchasing managerSince 2019

I like doing enduro on a MTB, hiking outdoors, doing manual work, without giving up my red lipstick and a couple of drops of Coco Chanel.

I have been working at Effearredi for only a few years, but I get so much out of my job. I am curious about learning new things every day thanks to the four partners who cover different roles but all share the same patience, passion and experience in the field.

When I stop to observe our furnishings, I see the superb results of a tight-knit, competent team composed of humble people who every day work together to create unique products of the highest quality.

Giovanni Bellini

Art director & project managerSince 2000

Curious and passionate, always looking for innovations and inspiration, I am crazy about shoes and overcoats. And hotel lobbies.

My innate hunger for understanding, the passion for materials and the search for new developments, as well as my sense of aesthetics and style are what accompany me in the great passions of my life: traveling, reading, sports, listening to good music and my job, of course.

Effearredi is a company that gives me great satisfaction: it lets me meet new people, constantly face new challenges and most of all see customers react to my ideas with enthusiasm. That's what makes this job my great passion.

Matteo D’Errico

Architect & project managerSince 2014

I'm a real order freak and I don't like a sloppy approach in general.

When I approach a new project, I try to put what most distinguishes me into it: my great troubleshooting skills, enthusiasm for everything, the passion for art, music and culture in general.

I love playing the bass, especially with others because it’s a great feeling. It’s a bit like traveling, sharing moments with someone special. The same with my job: seeing the commitment of a team of special people who together are able to achieve results that are extraordinary and of extreme quality, is enormously satisfying.

Elena Zerbini

Designer & project managerSince 2018

Many people tell me I’m very calm and poised, but my biggest hobby is definitely combat sports.

I love traveling and being surrounded by nature, but I also love to fight, which I have been practicing competitively for 7 years now. How can these two coexist? I see imagination, determination, precision, passion and above all, concreteness, the artisanal use of hands.

Seeing customers happy when the work is done and seeing furnishings become reality which used to only exist in my head, gives me a priceless feeling of satisfaction. True craftsmanship, which Effearredi shows in its every creation, is the reason I’m a part of it all.

Alessandro Mazzoleni

Project managerSince2021

I am a curious person. I have never grown out of that phase of wanting to know ‘why’ we experience when we are children

I love understanding how things are made, how they are built and how they work. This is how I find the inspiration to solve problems and offer customers solutions that improve and enhance, studied together with colleagues in the workshop. There is no greater satisfaction than seeing completed a place I have designed and receiving compliments from those who will be living there.

I consider myself a person who looks to the future with his feet resting firmly in the past. In Effearredi I see this same fusion of quality natural materials and new processing technologies.
